Samuel Madrid

I have been a real estate investor since 1994, and I am the co-owner of MORSA Capital. I currently own hundreds of multiple duplexes and single-family residential properties. I have purchased and managed more than 1,000 doors over my years in business.

Throughout my real estate career, I have gained an extensive knowledge of the real estate market for buying, selling, and leasing. I’ve been on the board of local real estate investor associations, and have given many lectures on real estate investing to new and seasoned entrepreneurs. I stay in touch with the real estate market and trends by attending numerous educational seminars and networking with other real estate investors.

I graduated from high school in San Antonio and graduated with a degree in Communications at Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos. I’ve been married to my wife Elisa since 1994 and have three children, with my oldest daughter and son successfully following in my real estate footsteps. I love to travel and have many experiences to share.

Edwin Morales

Originally from El Salvador, I have made San Antonio my home since 2000. Before co-founding MORSA Capita, I worked with Cavender Toyota, achieving top salesperson status for several consecutive years.

When I’m not working, I love to spend time at South Padre Island or traveling with my family. I’ve been married to my beautiful wife Esther for over 15 years and we have 3 amazing kids.

I also love to spend time with my pet labrador, Sunny. I love Italian food, and my favorite band is a Christian band called Bethel.

I am dedicated to using the gifts God has granted me by creating a Christ-centered workplace, and by helping families in our San Antonio community through our owner-finance opportunity who just need a second chance in life.

D'Anna Swope

I was born and raised in San Antonio and have a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University. Over the last 15 years, I’ve honed my customer service and administrative skills in various positions and am excited to put those to work at MORSA Capital!

I truly believe we have a unique service to offer and can't wait to share the opportunity with others.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my

6-year-old daughter, playing sand volleyball for a local co-ed league, and pursuing my interests in reading, music, and scrapbooking.

Martin Cortez

After a 20-year career in graphic design, I decided to venture into real estate and became a licensed Realtor in 2004. That same year I created my holding company, Centerra Investments, Inc.

I have a wide spectrum of experience in the industry ranging from wholesaling, to property management, to renovating and selling homes as retail flips and using owner financing. I’m currently the Transaction Coordinator for MORSA Homes.

I’ve been happily married since 1991 and have three amazing sons and three grandchildren!

Kathy Neugebauer

Before joining MORSA, I was the legal assistant to an attorney for 35 years, specializing in real estate.

I am currently the Administrative Specialist for the company, handling all insurance and legal document requirements for their real estate transactions.

I have been married for 42 years, and I have one son and two wonderful grandchildren, a girl and a boy.
